Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid period. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your account — no calls, no forms. After you cancel, the subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and is not charged again.

We do not refund the current or past subscription periods once they have started: the service (chat, photos and other paid features) is delivered continuously from the moment of payment.

Crystals

Crystals are a prepaid balance spent on generations (photos, videos, saving a custom companion, unlocking originals). Crystals that have already been spent are not refundable. If a generation fails on our side, the crystals held for it are returned to your balance automatically.

An unused crystal package may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of its crystals have been spent.

Mistaken or unauthorized charges

If you believe a charge was made by mistake or without your consent, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we resolve such cases quickly. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank may take several business days to post them.
