Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what data the DesireAI service (our Telegram bots and mini-application, the “Service”) collects, why we process it, whom we share it with and what rights you have. Please read it before using the Service — using the Service means you accept the processing described here.
THE SERVICE IS INTENDED EXCLUSIVELY FOR ADULTS (18+) AND IS NOT INTENDED FOR MINORS IN ANY FORM. Because access is remote, we may unintentionally receive data of a person under 18. If you are a minor, do not use the Service. We will delete such data immediately upon a request from the person or their legal guardian — @desireaisupport.
Our principles
- Lawfulness — we process data only on lawful grounds and for the purposes stated below.
- Transparency — we describe plainly what we collect and why.
- Data minimisation — we collect only what the Service needs to work.
- Storage limitation — we do not keep data longer than necessary.
- Integrity and confidentiality — we apply technical and organisational measures to protect data.
What we collect
Data you provide:
- the content of your chats with AI characters — your messages and the generated replies;
- your choices inside the Service: selected character, appearance options in the character builder, language and style settings;
- information you give us when contacting support.
Data we receive automatically:
- your Telegram user ID, username and display name as provided by Telegram;
- your interface language;
- usage events — for example starting the bot, opening screens, using features, and moderation triggers;
- purchase records — what was bought, when, the amount and the subscription period;
- the referral parameter of the link you arrived through (campaign or creative label).
We do not store your IP address in your profile. IP addresses are processed by the infrastructure that delivers the Service (Telegram, hosting, network providers) as part of normal operation.
We do not accept or process photographs uploaded by users: incoming images are not downloaded and not stored.
Why we process it
| Purpose | Basis |
|---|---|
| Operating the Service: delivering chats, generation, keeping conversation context | Performance of the agreement with you (these Terms) |
| Payments, granting access to paid features, handling refunds | Performance of the agreement; legal obligation |
| Safety and moderation, blocking prohibited content, enforcing bans | Legitimate interest; legal obligation |
| Support and answering your requests | Performance of the agreement; your consent |
| Product analytics: measuring which features are used, fixing errors, improving quality | Legitimate interest |
Payments
When you pay inside the Service, we do not receive or store your card details or banking credentials. Payments are handled by Telegram and by our payment partner. We see only the fact of a purchase, its amount, type and date, which we need to grant you access to what you paid for and to process refunds.
Who else processes your data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help the Service operate:
- Telegram — the platform that delivers the Service and processes Stars payments (privacy policy).
- AI providers — to generate replies, images and video we send them your prompts and the necessary conversation context. Currently these include OpenRouter (policy), Google (policy) and RunPod (policy). We may change providers; they act as our processors for this purpose.
- Payment partner — processes card and SBP payments under its own policy.
- Hosting providers — store the data on our behalf.
Advertising: we do not transmit your data to advertising networks. We do store the campaign label of the link you came from, in order to understand which channel brought users. If this changes, we will update this Policy.
Storage and retention
Your data is stored on our servers and with the providers listed above while you use the Service. We may keep it for up to one year after you stop using the Service, or longer where a law requires it or where the records are needed to defend legal claims or relate to a safety violation.
Security
We follow generally accepted industry practice to protect data in transit and at rest, and we limit internal access to it. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To do so, write to @desireaisupport from the Telegram account you use with the Service. We may need additional details to identify you before we act on a request.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (list of EEA authorities).
If you are in Russia, you have the rights provided by Federal Law No. 152-FZ, including clarification, blocking or destruction of incomplete, outdated or unlawfully obtained data, and to complain to Roskomnadzor (contacts).
If you are in Brazil, you have the rights provided by the LGPD, including confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability, and information about sharing; the supervisory authority is ANPD.
If you are in Türkiye, you have the rights provided by Law No. 6698 (DPL), including learning whether your data is processed, its purpose, recipients, correction and deletion; the authority is KVKK.
Deleting your data
You can request full deletion of your account data at any time through @desireaisupport. We delete the data associated with your account within 30 days, except for records we are required to keep by law or that relate to a violation of our Terms.
Children
The Service is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data of persons under 18. If you are the legal guardian of a minor who has used the Service, contact @desireaisupport: we will stop processing and delete the data immediately. If a minor contacts us directly, we delete their data as soon as we respond to the request.
International transfers
Our providers may be located in other countries, so your data may be transferred outside your country of residence, including to jurisdictions whose data-protection rules differ from yours. We rely on lawful transfer mechanisms for such transfers.
Disclosure for legal reasons
We may disclose data to respond to lawful requests from courts and authorities, to protect our rights, to investigate fraud or abuse, and to address threats to the safety of any person — including reports involving minors. If our business is reorganised, merged or acquired, data may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will take reasonable steps to inform you.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The current version is always published at this address with its date. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
